Cancellation Policy

Clients are required to enter a card when booking appointments •┈┈┈••✦ ♡ ✦••┈┈┈• !! Effective May 15, 2026 !! To better respect appointment availability and clinic scheduling, the following cancellation policy will be enforced: • Weight Loss Appointments: Appointments not canceled within 24 hours will incur a $25 fee-regardless if this is a check in or ordering medication.. the fee will still be applied. • Aesthetic Appointments (Botox, filler, microneedling, etc.): Appointments not canceled within 24 hours will incur a $40 fee. •Spray tans not cancelled within 24 hours will incur a $10 fee Please understand that missed appointments and last-minute cancellations directly impact clinic scheduling and reserved treatment time.
